Privacy Policy

By using GameTime Sports Suite’s services, website, and facilities, you agree to the following terms. We collect personal information (name, email, phone) solely for booking, membership management, and promotional communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

Cancellation Policy

GameTime Sports Suite allows free cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to reschedule your slot whenever possible. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Safety Guidelines

Safety is our top priority. All guests must follow staff instructions at all times. Closed-toe shoes required in batting cages. Keep all equipment inside designated areas. Supervise children under 12 at all times. Report any equipment issues to staff immediately. All participants may be required to sign a waiver before using batting cages and simulators.
